A new lease, especially a commercial lease is a big responsibility

If you plan on granting a commercial lease, we will sit with you and make sure that your best interests are put first when considering the terms of the lease whilst also remaining fair to the tenants. It is important for us that our clients feel that they are in control when signing new (potentially long term) leases.

If you are intending on signing a new lease, we will go through the lease with you so that the legal jargon doesn’t trick you. Our job will not be complete until you have been informed of the effects of each term or clause and what the long-term implications of each could be.
