Veeravagu Vaaheesan

I have worked in law since the age of 16 at my father’s firm. After my training, I was admitted as a solicitor in 2009.

I have a mixed practice to include the practice areas of Immigration, Property, Family, Licensing, Landlord and Tenant law and General Litigation. My prime area of practice is in real estate law, both commercial and residential, with particular expertise in Shops, Restaurant and Offices.

I also have extensive experience in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law, with specific expertise in the area of Commercial leases, where I act for Landlords and Tenants in connection with Shops, Office and other industrial leases. Also, I deal with Landlord and Tenant disputes including rent review, dilapidations and lease renewals pursuant to Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Married with a daughter and son, my interests include playing badminton and cricket in my freetime.
