In line with many other professional services firms, Vas Solicitors has now converted to Limited Company status under English Law, effective as of 1st August 2017.
Reason for the conversion
The primary reason for this conversion is to enable Vas Solicitors to trade with limited liability and to adopt a simple modern corporate structure. The conversion will also afford us with further opportunities to expand, diversify and improve our services to our clients and those businesses we work alongside. We believe this conversion is the right choice to provide the firm with a transparent business platform for the future.
Impact of the conversion
Converting to limited status will not affect the delivery or quality of the services which we provide, nor will it have any material impact upon the manner in which we operate or work with you. We remain committed to providing our high standards of excellence that you have come to expect from us. Broadly speaking the conversion will merely be a technical change in the way our firm operates. Further, your contacts within the firm shall remain the same and our new status will not affect your day-to-day dealings with us.
